Residential Campus

Dear donors, it is a pleasure to greet you from a distance. I congregate at the Ebenezer National Conservative Presbyterian Church of Mexico, which is in my city. Within my congregation I support graphic design and audiovisual media, but my desire is to serve in teaching. Currently I am not in that ministry because I am required to finish my preparation time in the seminary before being able to serve in that area, for which I am striving to return and have enough knowledge to be able to serve within the congregation.

The seminary has definitely contributed to my ministerial preparation because now I have the necessary tools to scrutinize the Bible and interpret it responsibly. I can also say that the Seminary has laid the fundamental foundations for my Christian life such as: spiritual disciplines, study methods, character, capacity for reflection and love for my brothers.

I really believe that without the opportunity that the Seminar gives us to access the scholarships, I could not have prepared myself in this way. The support that they have extended to me has been a pillar for me to be able to integrate into the residential campus. If it weren’t for the scholarship percentage, I probably wouldn’t have access to the quality of theological education that Madero University offers through the All Nations Seminary. For this I want to extend my most sincere thanks, because you are a great help and blessing for me to continue with my studies and do it in an excellent place.

I would like you to keep each one of us in your prayers to persevere, because sometimes discouragement and fatigue come due to many factors such as: being away from our family, limited resources, routine, student chores, etc. We believe that the Lord sustains us and that when we ask for strength He provides it, but we also believe in the power of prayer, so I would appreciate it if you were not in his prayers. Likewise, I share with you that inside the house (the seminary) we have a continuous habit of praying for our donors, know that they are with us in our hearts even if we do not know them. We really feel very happy that God uses his body, the church, to build each other up and for his Kingdom to continue expanding.

We express our gratitude to the Lord for his lives.

친애하는 기부자 여러분, 멀리서 인사드리게 되어 영광입니다. 저는 제 도시에 있는 멕시코 Ebenezer National Conservative Presbyterian Church of Mexico에 모였습니다. 우리 교회 내에서 그래픽 디자인과 시청각 미디어를 지지하지만 가르치는 일을 하고 싶습니다. 현재 저는 그 지역에서 봉사하기 전에 신학교에서 준비 시간을 마쳐야 하기 때문에 그 사역을 하고 있지 않습니다. 그 지역으로 돌아가서 회중 내에서 봉사할 수 있는 충분한 지식을 갖고 있기 때문입니다.

신학교는 나의 목회 준비에 확실히 기여했습니다. 왜냐하면 지금 저는 성경을 자세히 조사하고 책임감 있게 해석하는 데 필요한 도구를 가지고 있기 때문입니다. 또한 신학교는 영성 훈련, 공부 방법, 성품, 반성 능력, 형제 사랑 등 기독교인의 삶을 위한 근본적인 토대를 마련했다고 말할 수 있습니다.

저는 세미나에서 장학금을 받을 수 있는 기회가 없었다면 이런 식으로 제 자신을 준비할 수 없었을 것이라고 믿습니다. 그들이 저에게 베풀어준 지원은 제가 기숙사 캠퍼스에 통합할 수 있는 기둥이 되었습니다. 장학금 비율이 아니었다면 마데로 대학교가 올 네이션스 신학교를 통해 제공하는 양질의 신학 교육을 받지 못했을 것입니다. 당신이 내가 공부를 계속하고 좋은 곳에서 할 수 있도록 큰 도움과 축복이기 때문에 이에 대해 가장 진실한 감사를 전하고 싶습니다.

가족과 떨어져 지내는 것, 제한된 자원, 일상적인 일, 학생의 집안일 등과 같은 여러 요인으로 인해 때때로 낙담과 피로가 오기 때문에 우리 각자가 인내할 수 있도록 기도해 주시기 바랍니다. 우리는 주님께서 우리를 붙드시고 우리가 힘을 구할 때 주실 것을 믿습니다. 그러나 우리는 또한 기도의 능력을 믿습니다. 그러므로 여러분이 우리를 계속해서 기도해 주시면 감사하겠습니다. 마찬가지로 집(신학교) 안에는 기부자들을 위해 계속 기도하는 습관이 있어서, 비록 알지 못하더라도 마음 속에 함께 하고 있다는 사실을 알려드립니다. 우리는 하나님께서 자신의 몸인 교회를 사용하여 서로를 세우시고 그분의 왕국이 계속 확장되도록 사용하시는 것을 정말 기쁘게 생각합니다.

우리는 삶에 대해 주님께 감사를 표합니다.

Amados donadores, es un gusto saludarle a la distancia. Me congrego en la Iglesia Presbiteriana Nacional Conservadora de México Ebenezer, la cual se encuentra en mi ciudad. Dentro de mi congregación apoyo en lo respectivo al diseño grafico y medios audiovisuales, pero mi deseo es servir en la enseñanza. Actualmente no estoy en ese ministerio porque se me demanda culminar mi tiempo de preparación en el seminario antes de poder servir en esa área, por lo cual estoy esmerándome para volver y tener los conocimientos suficientes para así poder servir dentro de la congregación.

Definitivamente el seminario ha contribuido en mi preparación ministerial debido a que ahora poseo las herramientas necesarias para escudriñar la Biblia e interpretarla con responsabilidad. Puedo decir también que el Seminario ha colocado los cimientos fundamentales para mi vida cristiana como: disciplinas espirituales, métodos de estudio, carácter, capacidad de reflexión y amor por mis hermanos.  

Realmente creo que sin la oportunidad que nos otorga el Seminario de acceder a las becas, yo no podría haberme preparado de esta manera. El apoyo que me han extendido ha sido un pilar para yo poder integrarme al campus residencial. De no ser por el porcentaje de beca, probablemente tampoco tendría acceso a la calidad de educación teológica que ofrece la Universidad Madero a través del Seminario Todas las Naciones. Por ello quiero extender mi mas sincero agradecimiento, pues ustedes son una gran ayuda y bendición para que yo pueda continuar con mis estudios y hacerlo en un excelente lugar. 

Me gustaría que tuvieran en sus oraciones a cada uno de nosotros para perseverar, pues a veces el desánimo y el cansancio llega debido a muchos factores como: estar lejos de nuestra familia, la limitación en los recursos, la rutina, los quehaceres de estudiantes, etc. Creemos que el Señor nos sostiene y que cuando pedimos fuerzas Él las provee, pero también creemos en el poder de la oración, por ello les agradecería que nos estuvieran en sus oraciones. Asimismo les comparto que dentro de casa (el seminario) tenemos un hábito continuo de orar por nuestros donadores, sepan que están con nosotros en el corazón aunque no les conozcamos. Realmente nos sentimos muy contentos de que Dios use a su cuerpo, la iglesia para edificarnos los unos a los otros y para que Su Reino de siga expandiendo.
