Dear donors, I send you a warm greeting from Ciudad Juárez, hoping that you are well and that the peace of Christ is in you as it is with me. It is a pleasure for me to be able to write to you and tell you even a little about myself and my experience at the seminar.
I was blessed to be born into a Christian family, and although I never denied the Gospel or walked away completely, I made the decision to follow Christ and dedicate my life to Him when I was baptized at 17, and this was due when I saw how my friends and classmates lived their lives.
A year ago God allowed me to graduate from college; However, due to the pandemic, I was unable to get a job and I began to pray to ask God to guide me and indicate which path I should take in my life. It was then that my Pastor found out about the BootCamp program and seeing that the focus was on young people like me, he encouraged me to enroll in the program.
I must admit that I had doubts at first, because being in a 4-month boarding school in a certain way I would lose more time to start working on my career, but even so I kept praying that God would make known to me his will for my life in that moment. When I got here, I had really difficult moments, because in reality it is the first time that I have been away from my family; However, through those difficult moments, God manifested in my life, showing me that when you feel completely alone and desperate, He is the only one in whom I can take refuge and who is always by my side.
In closing, I want to thank the Lord for his life and for that passion and disposition that He puts in their hearts to serve in his ministry and support young people like me, so that we can go through these experiences that help us to know God personally and draw near to Him. I say goodbye to you, hoping that God will keep you, that he continues to show his love for you, that he continues to use you for his work and bless you greatly.

나는 기독교 가정에서 태어난 축복을 받았고, 복음을 부정하거나 완전히 떠난 적이 없지만 17세에 침례를 받았을 때 그리스도를 따르고 그의 삶을 바치기로 결정했습니다. 내 친구와 급우들이 어떻게 살았는지.
1년 전 하나님께서는 제가 대학을 졸업할 수 있도록 허락하셨습니다. 그러나 전염병으로 인해 직장을 구하지 못하고 하나님께서 저를 인도하시고 제 인생의 길을 가르쳐 달라고 기도하기 시작했습니다. 그때 목사님이 부트캠프 프로그램에 대해 알게 되었고 저와 같은 젊은이들에게 초점이 맞춰져 있는 것을 보고 프로그램에 등록하도록 격려해 주셨습니다.
처음에는 4개월 기숙학교에 있으면 경력을 쌓기 위해 더 많은 시간을 할애할 수 없었기 때문에 처음에는 의심이 있었음을 인정해야 합니다. 하지만 그럼에도 불구하고 하나님께서 저에게 하나님의 뜻을 알려 주시기를 계속 기도했습니다. 그 때의 내 인생 순간. 이곳에 왔을 때 정말 힘든 순간을 보냈습니다. 실제로 가족과 떨어져 있는 것은 처음이거든요. 그러나 그 어려운 순간을 통해 하나님은 내 삶에 나타나셔서 당신이 완전히 외롭고 절망적일 때 내가 피난처가 되고 항상 내 편이 되는 유일한 분임을 보여 주셨습니다.
끝으로, 저는 주님의 삶과 주님의 사역에 봉사하고 저와 같은 젊은이들을 지원하기 위해 마음에 두신 열정과 성품에 대해 감사드립니다. 하나님께서 당신을 지키시고, 당신에 대한 사랑을 계속 보여주시고, 계속해서 당신을 일에 사용하시고 큰 축복을 주시기를 바라며 작별인사를 드립니다.

Estimados donadores, les envío un cálido saludo desde Ciudad Juárez, esperando que se encuentren bien y que la paz de Cristo esté en ustedes como lo está conmigo. Es un gusto para mí poder escribirles y contarles aunque sea un poco sobre mí y mi experiencia en el seminario.
Tuve la bendición de nacer dentro de una familia cristiana, y aunque yo nunca renegué del Evangelio ni me alejé por completo, tomé la decisión de seguir a Cristo y dedicar mi vida a Él cuando me bautizarme a los 17 años, y esto fue debido cuando vi como vivían su vida mis amigos y compañeros de la escuela.
Hace un año Dios me permitió graduarme de la universidad; sin embargo, debido a la pandemia, no me fue posible conseguir un trabajo y comencé a orar para pedirle a Dios que me guiara y me indicara qué camino debía tomar en mi vida. Fue entonces cuando mi Pastor se enteró del programa de BootCamp y, al ver que el enfoque era hacia jóvenes como yo, me animó a inscribirme en el programa.
Debo admitir que tuve dudas al principio, porque al estar en un internado de 4 meses de cierta forma perdería más tiempo para empezar a trabajar en mi carrera, pero aun así seguí orando para que Dios me diera a conocer su voluntad para mi vida en ese momento. Al llegar aquí, tuve momentos realmente difíciles, pues en realidad es la primera vez que me alejo de mi familia; sin embargo, a través de esos momentos difíciles, Dios se manifestó en mi vida, mostrándome que cuando te sientes completamente sola y desesperada, Él es el único en quien me puedo refugiar y quien siempre está a mi lado.
Para terminar, quiero agradecer al Señor por su vida y por esa pasión y disposición que Él pone en sus corazones de servir en su ministerio y apoyar a jóvenes como yo, para que podamos pasar por estas experiencias que nos ayudan a conocer personalmente a Dios y acercarnos a Él. Me despido de ustedes esperando que Dios les guarde, que siga mostrando su amor para con ustedes, que los siga usando para su obra y les bendiga grandemente.
