Hi there! My name is Abdiel and I am 26 years old. I currently serve as pastor of the Methodist Church
in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. I thank God for the opportunity that He gives me to be able to study at the All
Nations Seminar in virtual Campus the subject of Master of Arts in Biblical Interpretation, it has been a
blessing to share with my classmates until this second semester that we are attending. In advance, I thank
all those who make it possible for us to prepare and obtain more tools to serve God in our ministries.
Lately they have been difficult times but of great strength in the Lord, a few months ago the church in
which God allows me to serve was severely hit by a storm that affected the structure of our building. We
decided as a church to seek God’s favor and we met in the open air for a time. Thank God today a small
room has already been built in which we are gathering, we have seen the hand of God with us. We have
invited the congregation to search the scriptures together and the Master of Performing Arts has allowed
me to share God’s purpose in the midst of the situation we have experienced. I believe that the Word of
God is relevant to every situation we live in and that it is alive to give encouragement in the midst of
difficulty. We ask for your support in prayer for the Gethsemane church, that God continue to give his
favor and allow us to continue preaching the gospel in our surroundings.

안녕하세요! 제 이름은 Abdiel이고 26살입니다. 저는 현재 멕시코 누에보 라레도에 있는 감리교
목사로 섬기고 있습니다. 가상 캠퍼스의 All Nations Seminar에서 성경해석 석사라는 주제로 공부
할 수 있는 기회를 주신 하나님께 감사드립니다. 참석. 미리, 우리가 사역에서 하나님을 섬기기 위
해 더 많은 도구를 준비하고 얻을 수 있도록 도와주신 모든 분들께 감사드립니다. 최근에는 어려
운 시기였지만 주님 안에서 큰 힘을 얻었습니다. 몇 달 전 하나님께서 제게 섬기도록 허락하신 교
회가 우리 건물의 구조에 영향을 미치는 폭풍우로 큰 피해를 입었습니다. 우리는 교회로서 하나님
의 은혜를 구하기로 결정하고 한동안 야외에서 만났습니다. 오늘 우리가 모이는 작은 방이 이미
지어졌음을 하나님께 감사드립니다. 우리는 우리와 함께 하시는 하나님의 손길을 보았습니다. 우
리는 회중이 함께 경전을 연구하도록 초대했고 공연 예술 석사는 우리가 경험한 상황 속에서 하
나님의 목적을 나눌 수 있도록 허락했습니다. 하나님의 말씀은 우리가 처한 모든 상황에 해당되
며, 어려움 속에서도 위로를 주는 것이 살아 있음을 믿습니다. 겟세마네 교회를 위해 기도로 후원
해 주시고, 하나님께서 계속해서 은혜를 베풀어 주시고, 우리 주변에서 계속해서 복음을 전할 수
있도록 기도해 주시기 바랍니다.
¡Hola! Mi nombre es Abdiel y tengo 26 años. Actualmente sirvo como pastor de la Iglesia Metodista en
Nuevo Laredo, México. Doy gracias a Dios por la oportunidad que me da de poder estudiar en el
Seminario Todas Las Naciones en Campus virtual la materia de Maestría en Artes de Interpretación
Bíblica, ha sido una bendición compartir junto a mis compañeros hasta este segundo semestre que
cursamos.
De antemano, agradezco a todos aquellos que hacen posible que podamos prepararnos y obtener más
herramientas para servir a Dios en nuestros ministerios. Últimamente han sido tiempos difíciles pero de
mucha fortaleza en el Señor, hace algunos meses la iglesia en la que Dios me permite servir se vio
fuertemente azotada por una tormenta que afectó la estructura de nuestro edificio. Decidimos como
iglesia buscar el favor de Dios y estuvimos reuniéndonos al aire libre un tiempo. Gracias a Dios al día de
hoy ya se ha construído un pequeño salón en el cuál nos estamos congregando, hemos visto la mano de
Dios con nosotros. Hemos invitado a la congregación a escudriñar las Escrituras juntos y la Maestría en
Artes de Interpretación me ha permitido compartir el propósito de Dios en medio de la situación que
hemos vivido. Creo que la Palabra de Dios es pertinente para cada situación que vivimos y que es viva
para dar aliento en medio de la dificultad.
Pedimos su apoyo en oración por la iglesia Getsemaní, que Dios siga dando su favor y nos permita seguir
predicando el evangelio en nuestros alrededores.
