Hello! I am Julio Contreras, and I greet you with joy in the name of our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ.
The experience at MAIB has been an adventure of faith. I am very grateful to God for
showing me his love, grace and truth from him in his Word.
I want to mention just one of several anecdotes that I have experienced in this time of
study. At the beginning of the training prior to the MAIB studies, we received an advice
from the rector Gabriela Tijerina, in the pre-recorded videos that was: “Do not study for a
qualification, do not study for a degree … prepare your heart to deepen in the Scriptures”.
And my prayer was to have a heart ready to inquire into the Word of God. And to my
surprise, God took me at my word and in the last two months, I experienced something so
real in my heart; the confrontation with the Holy Scriptures. The miracle that is experienced
in the mind and the heart when reading the Bible is real, it is the presence of God teaching
my heart. Four biblical passages were confronting my faith, my beliefs, my thinking and
my Christian practice.
Of course, this experience resulted in giving centrality to the message of the Word of God
when exercising the ministry of preaching. The reason for being of the church is in his
Word, and it is our responsibility to respect the message and take it to the world that does
not know it.
Thanks be to God for leaving us his Word. Thank God because all things come from him
and he allows his children to offer for the preparation of men and women who have heard
the voice of God to serve in the task of extending the Kingdom of God on earth. Thank you

MAIB에서의 경험은 믿음의 모험이었습니다. 나는 하나님의 말씀으로 그의 사랑과

마음과 마음에서 경험하는 기적은 실재하며, 내 마음을 가르치는 하나님의
임재입니다. 네 개의 성경 구절이 나의 믿음, 나의 믿음, 나의 생각과 나의 기독교 적
실천에 맞서고있었습니다.
물론이 경험은 설교 사역을 수행 할 때 하나님 말씀의 메시지에 중심을 두는 결과를
가져 왔습니다. 교회가 존재하는 이유는 말씀에 있으며 메시지를 존중하고 그것을
모르는 세상에 전하는 것은 우리의 책임입니다.
하나님의 말씀을 남겨 주셔서 감사합니다. 모든 것이 그에게서 나오고 하나님의
음성을들은 남녀가 지상에 하나님의 왕국을 확장하는 일에 봉사 할 준비를하도록

자녀들이 준비하도록 허락 해 주셨 기 때문에 하나님 께 감사합니다. 대단히
감사합니다.

¡Hola! Soy Julio Contreras, y les saludo con gozo en el nombre de nuestro Señor y
Salvador Jesucristo.
La experiencia en MAIB ha sido toda una aventura de fe. Estoy muy agradecido con Dios
por mostrarme su amor, gracia y verdad en su Palabra.
Quiero mencionar solo una de varias anécdotas que he experimentado en este tiempo de
estudio. Al iniciar la capacitación previa a los estudios de MAIB, recibimos un consejo por
parte de la rectora Gabriela Tijerina, en los videos pre-grabados que fue: “No estudien por
una calificación, no estudien por un título…preparen su corazón para profundizar en las
Escrituras”. Y mi oración fue tener el corazón dispuesto para inquirir en la Palabra de Dios.
Y para mi sorpresa, Dios me tomó la palabra y en el último bimestre, viví algo tan real en
mi corazón; la confrontación con las Sagradas Escrituras. El milagro que se experimenta en
la mente y el corazón al leer la Biblia, es real, es la presencia de Dios enseñando a mi
corazón. Cuatro pasajes bíblicos, estuvieron confrontando mi fe, mis creencias, mi
pensamiento y mi práctica cristiana.
Desde luego que esta experiencia, trajo como resultado darle centralidad al mensaje de la
Palabra de Dios al ejercer el ministerio de la predicación. La razón de ser de la iglesia está
en su Palabra, y es nuestra responsabilidad, respetar el mensaje y llevarlo al mundo que no
lo conoce.
Gracias sean dadas a Dios por dejarnos su Palabra. Gracias a Dios porque de él provienen
todas las cosas y él permite que hijos suyos, ofrenden para la preparación de hombres y
mujeres que han escuchado la voz de Dios para servir en la tarea de extender el Reino de
Dios en la tierra. Gracias, muchas gracias.
